In a greater effort to fulfill
its mission of bringing social and economic equality to African Americans
and other
disadvantaged communities, the most recent addition to the Tulsa Urban
League is the Young Professionals (YP) auxiliary. Aimed at attracting
individuals ages 21 – 40 into the Urban League movement, YP launched
November 2007 and is exploding onto the metro Tulsa scene.

building workshops; Creating a leadership incubator for youth of color;
