The Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League is a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency that provides FREE homebuyer education and counseling.

Pathways for Young Moms- Join today!

Pathways for Young Moms is a support program for teen mothers ages 13-19 and first time mothers.
Pregnant and parenting women who are enrolled in this program are offered FREE skills classes. Social support improves the mental and well being of the mother, which in turn impacts her pre/post- natal care practices.
In the classes, important information is taught to foster a healthy pregnancy and provide a positive birth outcome for expectant mothers and their children.
The material presented focuses on issues such as:
- child development
- etiquette for success
- nutrition for child and mother
- self discovery/ raising self esteem
- mentorship
- continuing education
