Civic Engagement:

The MTUL Civic Engagement strives to not only ensure people have the right and ability to vote, but to provide education about community issues and political initiatives. MTUL is a community polling place; we provide voter registration services; we host and sponsor community forums to ensure citizens are aware of issues important to our community; we host and sponsor candidate debates; and we stay abreast of and advocate for issues impacting African Americans and the disadvantaged.
